Things to know about HM Designs & Boutique:

• All Sales Are Final.
• The standard processing time for orders (turn around time) is 3-5 business days. 
• If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• All shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are made to order. 
• Free Local Delivery is limited to a 5 mile radius of Schertz, TX.
• All shipping orders are processed with standard shipping, please contact us if you have a rush order. 
• HM Designs & Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged shipping orders. Please file a claim with your local post office if any issues arise. 
• All shirts are unisex unless otherwise specified on the product description. Shirt fabrications may vary, but all shirts are a soft style blend.
• All shipping timeframes come with no guarantee, though we love and appreciate our amazing postal service, life does happen! HM Designs cannot guarantee delivery by certain dates once an order is shipped.
